Refund policy

Tickets to the Friday and Saturday concerts are sold on a non-refundable basis, and any refunds will be at the organisers' sole discretion. Please contact ironstonefestival@gmail.com or 07511 841979 to request a refund. Administrative fees which are payable to third parties may be deducted from the value of any refund offered.

In the event that a concert does not go ahead, the organisers will not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred. Refunds will not be offered in the event of reasonable changes to the programme or performers.

The children's music workshop is a free event and no compensation will be offered in the event of changes or cancellation.
